ColdClip is an AI-powered tool that generates personalized cold outreach messages. The Service is currently in a pre-launch phase. By joining the waitlist, you are expressing interest in the product and may receive communications about product availability, updates, and early access opportunities.

3. Waitlist and Early Access

  • Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product or any specific launch timeline.
  • Early access offers (e.g., "3 months of Pro free") are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to limit or deny access to the Service at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws, including anti-spam legislation (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
  • Submit false or misleading information through the waitlist or feedback forms.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and technology on the Service are owned by ColdClip AI or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission.

By submitting feedback or other content through the Service, you grant ColdClip a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for product development and improvement purposes. We will not publicly attribute feedback to you without your consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ColdClip AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Quebec, Canada.
